I ran cross country in high school and college, eventually moving to tackling long-distance and ultra events later on. However, my journey hit a snag when I sustained an injury. Like many others, I found myself disheartened by both the injury itself and the gradual decline in my fitness level.

It’s been seven years since then, and looking back, it’s ironic to realize that had I taken a brief hiatus and then returned, I might have surpassed my previous speed and endurance. Instead, I’m now faced with the challenge of starting anew, rebuilding from square one.

One run at a time we will get there.
