Todays workout: 1.6 mile warm up – 4×800 hill repeats with 800 cooldown jog
Repeat 1: 7:00 pace
Repeat 2: 7:10 pace
Repeat 3: 6:45 pace
Repeat 4: 6:25 pace
Notes: I was faster than expected. But I was completely gassed after the last one. Probably could have done another but I imagne it would have been around 7-7:15 pace. My estimated 5k time sitting slightly above 22 minutes.
