Today was an easy 5 miles. I didn’t have a very specific goal, but I did hold an 8:45 pace. That was my loose goal going into this week, so I’m pretty happy to see that time and also feel like it was not too hard.
On the other end, I had a weird flare-up on my left hip/quad as I finished my fourth mile. I finished the run and have not had any pain since, so that’s promising. I will stretch and foam roll it tonight.
Hoping for the best tomorrow morning on my long run of 9 miles.
