The game plan this week is to continue building my base – nothing crazy. As I am traveling and my schedule is a little different, my focus is just to get in mileage. So, there won’t be any speed work happening. Honestly, I might not even do a long run of 8-9 miles (which really should be 10 at this point). The plan is at minimum to complete 4 days of 5-mile runs.

I am intentionally setting the bar low so that I can accomplish two things. First, give my body some rest from training hard. Second, make sure I prioritize doing things with my family during our trip.
