Calling myself out – posting this Sunday April 7 but dating it to April 5 to track my workouts.

This run was pretty easy, 5 miles at an 8:40 pace. I was considering doing some hill repeats but the run started out pretty slow. It was not until the end that I felt good and hit some subs 8:30 splits.

Getting consistent splits here in Georgia has been really hard with the hills, too.

Mileage is mileage though so a good run nonetheless!
