Once again, I have to call myself out for falling behind as I post this on Sunday April 14.

This workout was not great. I missed (read, was very lazy) three days of working out in a row, which led to suffering for most of this run. My pace for 5 miles was 9:34/mile, which, given I was seeing a lot of runs in the mid to high 8 minute pace, was rather demoralizing. Actually, I think this might have been my slowest run this year.

My only excuse is that I wanted to take it extra easy so that I did not tweak my hip again, which, thankfully, was not an issue!
