Once again, I have to call myself out for falling behind as I post this on Sunday, April 14.
Actually, I almost did not even do this run. I waited untl the very end of the day after being out all day and eating way too much. To the point where I actually threw up in my mouth around the 1.5-mile marker. But I guess what matters is that I got it done.
Regardless, I still managed to run 5 miles at an 8:39 pace, staying in an erobic, zone 3, with an average heart rate of 149. This run definitely did not feel easy, but neither was it hard. I think I just wanted to get through it, haha. I tried running a new route to help keep my mind distracted, which ended up being a great plan.
I am glad this trip is almost over because all the food is really making me feel sluggish. It’s a miracle I have ran as much as I have!
