The plan this week is to get six runs in. One will be a long run of 12, the other five will be 5 mile runs. Either all of them will be easy or I will make one a speed workout. Starting to feel like I have not done a good hill workout in a bit so that may be the calling!

But after a low mileage week of only 20 miles I will be happy to get my miles in. I’m finding that sixx days a week is really hard for me to stick to. So the easiest path that lets me check off those runs is also the best path!
