I need to channel my inner Goggins and get out for a long run in this heat! Well, since that doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon late night treadmill runs will have to do.
I think the tradmill runs are good for seeing what I can do on a consistent flat surface while monitoring heart rate.
I don’t know if I could hold that pace on the hills around my house. But it does make me feel stronger. It’s also a good mimic of the 5k I have coming up this week because it is all flat.
