In an attempt to restructure my training plan for improved adherence, I’ve decided to maintain 5 runs per week, while gradually increasing my easy run distance. Today, that distance went from 5 to 6. It doesn’t seem like that big of a change, but it will add up to an extra 8 miles this month! Over time, those little changes make all the difference!

6 miles @ 8:24/ mile – getting faster! I do think I was a little too fast and the last two miles being uphill really killed me. As always, I need to learn to slow it down!
