It would seem that my body is not as agile in the morning as it once was! Everytime I run immediatly after waking up the pace feels soo much harder than it normally would.

But got 2 miles in to get some extra miles first thing this morning. Then headed to the track at lunch for 4×800 with 2 min rest between. It went incredibly well!

First one was a little slow but was just getting my footing. After that the other three were all 2:46,2:48,2:45 which I am very happy with. Not sure how realistic this goal is, but 5 or 6×800 all around 2:30 pace by end of the year would be perfect.
